Three decades of building businesses, shared from the stage.
Roger Thomas is a serial entrepreneur who has started and grown small businesses since 1994 and helped lead one of them to Arkansas Business of the Year. He talks with small business owners about what makes or breaks a company: financing, selling through good times and bad, asking for the business, hiring and firing (family included), and knowing your exit number from day one.
